Our goal here at V.S. Rich Property Services, Inc. is to provide a worry free complete Property Management Service which meets the Owners needs as well as the tenants. Tenants can expect an open-door policy regarding their concerns and needs. With the up-front time spent at the beginning of the management/tenant association, the scene is set for a great working relationship and our goal is to enhance a caring attitude of the tenant toward the property. V.S. Rich Property Services, Inc. manages both short term & long term properties. Our primary business is in long term unfurnished residential properties located throughout the Durham & Research Triangle Area.

V.S. Rich Property Services, Inc. is open for business Monday through Thursday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 8:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Fridays.
